2. Our Role

Nefer by Weick operates this website as a curated platform connecting independent artists with buyers. Every artwork listed here is created and owned by the artist who made it. Nefer selects the works it presents and facilitates the sale between you and the artist — it does not take ownership of an artwork at any point.

In practice, Nefer collects payment at checkout, coordinates packing, shipping and customs clearance, and supports you throughout the order. Payment is released to the artist once the inspection window following delivery has closed. Authenticity, and the accuracy of each artwork's description, are warranted by the artist: Nefer curates, but it does not authenticate.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This website and any purchase made through it are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protection you are entitled to as a consumer under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts of the country in which you are domiciled.
