How Your Purchase is Protected

Payment Held Securely
Your payment is captured and held. It is not released to the artist until your inspection window has closed.

Availability Confirmed
We confirm with the artist that the artwork is still available. If for any reason it is not, you will be fully refunded — no questions asked.

Artwork Packaged & Shipped
The artwork is packaged and collected by our fine art logistics partner, then tracked throughout its journey to your door.

You Receive & Inspect
Your artwork arrives at your address with signature confirmation for all pieces. You have time to inspect it carefully upon arrival.

Payment Released to Artist
Your payment is released to the artist only after your 3-day inspection window has closed. This gives you time to inspect the piece and contact us if you notice any issues before the transaction is finalised.

Transparent Pricing
